All orders are shipped within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. All our deliveries are sent via dHL Express Tracked.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If Customs charges do occur please note Novel Skincare is not responsible for any customs duties and other fees. Please note that International orders can take longer to arrive due to customs.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any opened products. We will offer a replacement or store credit in certain circumstances*.
Any unopened items may be returned to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost.
*Airfro Inc Ltd will reimburse customer shipping costs for returns + exchanges if our products do not reach you in perfect condition. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Airfro Inc Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights.
